[R-br] javareconf + windows + R 3.2

Leonard, bom dia!

O javareconf realmente só está disponível no Linux, encontrei no manual do
R (help.start()).

No meu sistema eu não precisei instalar o JDK, mas eu sempre mantenho o JRE
atualizado nas versões 32 e 64bits.
