[R-br] tentando compilar o R no Windows (com Rtools)

olá a todos,
estou tentando compilar o R no Win 7
e compila uma parte pequena
pq qdo tenta entrar para compilar as bibliotecas da base
o script não consegue criar diretorios temporarios.

tomei o cuidado de instalar o Rtools como administrador
e também chamei o prompt (terminal) como administrador

se alguém tiver algo pra ajudar já agradeço antecipadamente.
