ajuda em teste para comparação de frequências

Galera, preciso muito da ajuda de vocês, tenho umas análises pra fazer mas não sei quais testes aplicar para responder as minhas perguntas. Tenho um conjunto de dados que correspondem a frequência com que indivíduos de uma população realizam determinados comportamentos ao longo do período de um ano. Quero verificar se há diferença significativa nas frequências dos comportamentos entre os indivíduos neste período. Além disso, se as frequências dos comportamentos de um determinado indivíduo diferem da média dos comportamentos dos demais indivíduos. Ou seja, quero ver: os indivíduos possuem mesmo comportamento? Se não, como é essa diferença e como ela varia ao longo do ano? Essa diferença aumenta, diminui ou se mantêm estável ao longo do ano? Os comportamentos do indivíduo selecionado difere dos demais? Caso haja diferença, verificar o quão diferente e se essa diferença nas freq. diminuem, aumentam, ou se mantêm constantes ao longo do ano. Imagino que para saber se existe diferença nas frequências eu poderia fazer um qui-quadrado, mas não sei fazer. Agora para o outro questionamento nem faço ideia de que teste aplicar. Segue o CMR de parte dos meus dados para vocês verem como eles estão. OBS: as letras antes do "." na função se referem ao indivíduos e as depois dele aos comportamentos. Rep - Repouso; Ali - Alimentação; D - deslocamento; S - Social; O - outros comportamentos. Cada linha corresponde a um dia amostral (71 no total).
