[R-br] Plotar Mapa

      Estou tentando usar a rotina abaixo para plotar o mapa

library(maptools)
setwd(choose.dir());getwd() ### defina o diretório de trabalho

mapmanac <- readShapePoly("13MIE250GC_SIR.shp")
mapmanac@data

Está me dando o erro:
Shapefile type: PolygonM (25), # of Shapes: 13

Erro em read.shape(filen = fn, verbose = verbose, repair = repair) : 
  Shapefile type not (yet) handled by this function
