[R-br] Mendeley gerenciador de referência

Caros amigos

Recentemente instalei o gerenciador de referências Mendeley em meu computador ubuntu 14.04 32 bits. Acontece que o plugin para fazer citações/refências no writer não funciona ele retorna a seguinte :

"Problem formatting citation #0

Unable to render citations due to a bug in the installed version of QtWebKit"

buscando na internet encontrei o seguinte: http://support.mendeley.com/customer/portal/questions/1492956-the-qtwebkit-b...

Alguém que é usuário do mendeley, passou por este problema? Como resolveu? Pode me ajudar? Eu não quero ter de instalar ubuntu 64 bits em meu computador.

Problema também ocorre com o zoterro Standalone que nao sincroniza as referência que coloquei utilizando o zotero plugin Firefox.
