Quanto ao tipo de ANOVA ambos "II" ou "III" deram o mesmo resultado. e a glht deu resultados diferentes.<br><br>Caros colegas, Estou realizando uma análise de variânica do peso vazio
inicial de ovelhas em função da idade gestacional e manejo. Após rodar a
análise a análise de variância tipo 2 não indicou haver diferenças para
o nível do manejo (0,05) entretanto ao utilizar a função glht
(multcomp) a análise mostrou haver diferenças entre os pesos. Em qual
