O fitted() da a probabilidade do indivíduo pertencer a categoria, somente... isso já é uma predição do modelo... <br><br>Note, vou tentar exemplicar com os comandos de forma mais simples... <br>
<br>O comando summary(mod) mostra as estimativas dos parametros do modelo, bem como as estimativas dos threshold... Porém, a interpretação das estimativas é sobre logit(P(Y<j)) = a + b*X3 + c*X4 + erro, ou seja, a interpretação da estimativas dos parametros é em cima deste modelo (a interpretação no odds). O efeito marginal de b é na mudança no logit(P(Y<j)). <br>
<br>Então, o efeito marginal na probabilidade, cuja modelo vem da distribuição acumulada da logistica, não é extraido no summary(). Para isso, existe esta função margeff() que faz isso. Porém, não tenho informação do erro-padrão e etc, como vem no summary(). <br>
