Se a revista precisa editar coisas como cores, tipos de fontes, salva em SVG que eles podem usar Inkscape (editor vetorial livre) ou similares como CorelDraw. Os gráficos em formato PDF são vetoriais também, é possível editar fontes, cores, etc, neles. Agora se o editável significa ter os dados numa planilha para ter um gráfico horrível mas editável porque eles só sabem usar planilhas, bem... cabe a você justificar que você quer usar os gráficos que você fez ou trocar de revista.<br>
