<DIV style="RIGHT: auto" id=yiv1985163359>Olá Simone,<BR><BR>os argumentos usados na funcao grep são "Expressões Regulares (ERs)" e são comumente usadas em linhas de comandos de sistemas unix. Como vi que se tratava de dados de saída do DSSAT imaginei que estariam usando SO Windows, por isso enviei como fazer no R.<BR>No exemplo que te enviei a ER "^ [0-9]|^@" significa "procura por todas linhas que comecarem ("^") com um espaço seguido de qualquer número ("[0-9]"), ou ("|") linhas que comecarem com @. A função grep retorna as posicoes das linhas com esse padrão.<BR><BR>Fora do assunto da questão, eu fiquei pensando depois disso, como vcs vão diferenciar uma simulação da outra? Não verifiquei se há nos seus dados uma coluna que diferencie uma simulação da outra. Acho que teria que por um identific<VAR id=yui-ie-cursor></VAR>ador (p.ex. 1 pra primeira simulação, 2 pra segunda, ...). Se todas simulações tiverem o mesmo numero de
linhas é fácil fazer isso com o comando "rep" do R. Do contrário já teria que pensar um pouco mais.<BR><BR>Se quiseres saber mais sobre regex veja ?regex (no R) e tem esse link <A href="http://aurelio.net/regex/" rel=nofollow target=_blank>http://aurelio.net/regex/</A>.<BR><BR>Gostaria de te pedir para responder a lista r-br que a questão foi resolvida.
