[R-br] apache arrow erro na instacao ubuntu 22

Por favor, alguém sabe resolver o erro de instalação do arrow no ubuntu 22?
Eu olhei o site do apache arrow que fala sobre o erro mas não sei como resolver para o ubuntu.
