Package ‘ncdf’ was removed from the CRAN repository.

Formerly available versions can be obtained from the archive 
<https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/ncdf>.

Archived on 2016-01-11: use 'RNetCDF' or 'ncdf4' instead.
