[R-br] Legenda no eixo X entre dois gráficos

Eu realmente não entendi tua pergunta André! Eu vou tentar aqui a solução pela dica do Tito e se conseguir posto aqui o resultado

O seu gráfico ainda não está igual ao que deseja, falta colocar os valores no eixo X e fechar a caixa (box) onde ficam os intervalos. Como vc vai fazer isso?
