[R-br] Enc: Problemas com rgl!

Tenho a seguinte mensagem como camando:

E: Você deve colocar algumas URIs 'source' em seu sources.list

O que isso quer dizer eu não sei, só sei que tenho a seguinte conteúdo no meu sources.list:

Tente rodar no terminal: 

sudo apt-get build-dep r-cran-rgl
