mais provavel vc nao ter habilitado LAPACK/BLAS durante a compilacao
do Armadillo... ja' nao lembro exatamente o arquivo, mas ha' um q vc
precisa modificar manualmente (caso esteja fazendo a instalacao
manual) e deixar algo como

define ARMA_USE_LAPACK
define ARMA_USE_BLAS
